Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange because it is faulty or damaged, please call our Customer Experience team on +61 4 1111 7270 to obtain your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form.
Please note that items returned without the appropriate paperwork cannot be processed and may be returned to you.
Connected Systems can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will credit your credit card.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a faulty product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund the product.
Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
Exchanges
To complete an exchange, please call our Customer Experience team on +61 4 1111 7270 to secure your Return Authorisation number and a copy of our returns form.
Once you have received the form the original item can be returned through via Post (full instructions appear on the returns form).
